Consuming antioxidants is a great way to slow down the aging process. Although male-patterned hair loss is usually genetic, eating a balanced diet reduces the oxidative stress that could lead to further hair loss. That's because antioxidants reduce the number of free radicals in the body, which damage DNA and cell structures.
